1. Agreement to Terms

SnappGrid is an independent puzzle publication and educational gaming platform operated by Ahmad Asad (“SnappGrid”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We provide free daily digital puzzles, educational strategy guides, printable puzzle sheets, and downloadable digital puzzle manuscripts.

2. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All content published on SnappGrid—including but not limited to daily crosswords, Sudoku configurations, trivia questions and educational fact ledgers, word search grids, narrative case briefings, visual diagrams, code scripts, software interfaces, and digital PDF manuscripts—is the intellectual property of Ahmad Asad and SnappGrid, protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Personal, Non-Commercial License: You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and solve daily puzzles online and to print individual puzzle worksheets from our Printables Hub for your personal, family, or classroom educational use.
• Commercial Restrictions: You may not systematically scrape, harvest, extract, redistribute, mirror, syndicate, repackage, or sell any puzzle grids, questions, solution keys, or digital PDF books without prior written authorization from Ahmad Asad.
• Trademark Notice: “SnappGrid”, “LexiGrid”, “The 10-Minute Detective”, and “MindSprint: The Primer Codex” are proprietary trademarks of Ahmad Asad.

3. Digital Purchases & Delivery Policy

SnappGrid offers standalone digital puzzle collections and compilations formatted as downloadable PDF manuscripts (e.g., The 10-Minute Detective, MindSprint: The Primer Codex, Brain Boost Challenge).

1. Payment Processing: All financial transactions are securely processed through Stripe Inc. We never view, collect, or store your credit card or financial account credentials.
2. Instant Electronic Delivery: Upon successful checkout completion, digital PDF access is provided immediately via an encrypted electronic delivery link. No physical book is shipped.
3. Pricing & Currency: All digital volumes are priced at $4.99 USD (unless explicitly noted on a limited promotional basis). Local currency conversion is determined by your card issuer.
4. Refund & Replacement Policy: Due to the immediate electronic nature of digital PDF delivery, sales are generally final once the download link is accessed. However, if you experience technical file corruption, missing pages, or accidental duplicate orders, contact our support team at support@snappgrid.com within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use SnappGrid for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts or impairs the normal operation of our servers and networks. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Deploy automated bots, spiders, crawlers, or extraction algorithms that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our web infrastructure.
• Attempt to probe, reverse-engineer, decompile, or breach any security checks, asset vaults, or authentication tokens protecting our proprietary digital files.
• Use our contact forms or community channels to transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, malware, or abusive correspondence.

5. Third-Party Advertising & External Links

SnappGrid is supported by unobtrusive display advertising provided by Google AdSense and trusted advertising networks. Third-party advertising partners may use cookies and web beacons to serve advertisements based on your prior visits to this and other websites on the internet. Your interactions with any third-party advertisements or sponsor links are governed entirely by the terms and privacy practices of those respective third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service, including all puzzles, games, printable sheets, and editorial guides, is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SnappGrid does not guarantee that the Service will be completely uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or free of technical bugs.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ahmad Asad, SnappGrid, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of operation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith informal negotiations. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration.
